Michaels seeks a Retail Team Member in Waterloo, Ontario, delivering friendly customer service and rapid, accurate checkout experiences. This part-time role supports the 50 Westmount Road North store.

As a Retail Team Member on the New Store Set Up Team, you will help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions. You will also support cash handling, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and Omni channel services including BOPIS and SFS. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide shopping solutions
- Deliver friendly checkout experiences and execute cash handling standards
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and complete planogram processes




- Maintain merchandise recovery, returns, and general store standards
- Support Rewards, credit card, VOC, BOPIS, and SFS processes

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Remain standing and move throughout the store
- Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves safely
- Must be at least sixteen years old
