Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for its 0.60 FTE Clinical Support position. You will assist with personal needs and activities of daily living while following established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal needs and daily living activities
- Work under Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse direction
- Apply assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
- Knowledge of patient and resident care techniques
- Knowledge of secure patient handling techniques
- Understanding of dementia care and Resident Bill of Rights
- Ability to organize tasks and work with minimal supervision
