Coordinate Village Kids classrooms and volunteers while organizing resources and Sunday support for children and families. This part time role includes Sundays and Wednesdays.

At Village Church, the Village Kids Coordinator supports the mission, vision, and strategy of Village Kids. The role works with the Family Ministries Associate and Administrative Associate on volunteer communication, development, onboarding, scheduling, and orientation. Strong organization, planning, follow-through, and adaptability are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee curriculum, activities, supplies, and classroom resources
- Communicate weekly lesson details to volunteer teams
- Support Team Leads through development, encouragement, and meetings
- Recruit, develop, disciple,



and care for volunteers
- Maintain spaces, equipment, technology, and storage

Requirements:

- Passionate follower of Jesus discipling children and students
- Alignment with Village Church mission, vision, and values
- Biblical character qualifications from 1 Timothy and Titus
- Theologically sound with growing, authentic faith
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills

Support welcoming Sunday environments through volunteer care, classroom preparation, communication, and dependable ministry coordination.
