Bring recreation programming and resident support to a part-time Life Enrichment Worker role at S&R; Group in Cambridge, Ontario. Help create meaningful daily experiences for Residents.

At S&R; Group, Life Enrichment teams deliver programming across physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual domains. This part time position involves planning activities, supporting individualized care plans, and continuing therapist-directed programs. You will also document care accurately and help Residents participate fully.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead group programs, one-to-one activities, and special events
- Assess recreation, leisure, therapeutic, and restorative care needs
- Support Residents traveling to and from programs
- Complete documentation, care plans,



and MDS coding accurately
- Continue therapist-directed therapy programs supporting mobility and independence

Requirements:

- Post-secondary credential in recreation, kinesiology, or gerontology
- Long-term care Life Enrichment experience preferred
- Computer skills including PCC and ActivityPro knowledge
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Food Handler certification, VSS, and updated TB screening
