Lead airport ramp operations with baggage handling, cargo movement, and aircraft loading expertise at Menzies Aviation. This is a full-time, on-site position.

As a Ramp Lead Agent, you lead outbound bag room activity and luggage, freight, and cargo movement around commercial aircraft. The position requires prior ramp or airline experience, safe equipment operation, and accurate load documentation. You will assist Ramp Agents, support training, and help maintain protected, efficient flight handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead outbound bag room and aircraft loading operations
- Move baggage, freight, and cargo between airport facilities
- Operate motorized equipment and specialized commercial vehicles
- Complete weight, balance, routing,



and loading documentation
- Train employees and assist assigned Ramp Agents

Requirements:

- Prior ramp or airline experience required
- High school diploma, GED, or six months ramp experience
- Valid driver’s license without violations during five years
- Fluent English and French communication skills
- Ability to lift 70 pounds continuously and work variable shifts
