- PreparationsofmenuitemsaccordingtospecificationsandGuestrequests
- Assistotherteammembersasneeded

- Assistswithqualitycontrol
- Performsstockrotation
- AdheretofoodstandardssetoutbyLaisHotelProperties’kitchenmanagement
- HavingathoroughknowledgeofLaisHotelProperties’productsandservices
- SuggestingadditionalproductsandservicesmeetingourGuests’specificpreferences

Technical/Managerial/AdministrativeRequirements:

- Minimumthree(3)years’experience
