The work covers mould preparation, wet lay lamination, bond preparation, and quality-focused composite processes. Training is available for applicants with a positive attitude and hand or power tool experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete general labouring, trimming, lifting, and splicing duties
- Prepare moulds and release simple moulds
- Use hand tools, grinders, and sanders
- Prepare bonds and complete basic housekeeping
- Use PPE and take responsibility for assigned work

Requirements:

- At least one year working with resins and fibreglass preferred
- Understanding of GRP and fibreglass laminating preferred
- Wet lay, chop spray, or filament winding experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical working approach
- Good communication and willingness to learn new tasks
