The Head Cashier supports the Front End Supervisor while motivating associates to follow GET behaviours and deliver a strong shopping experience. You will coach, train, and develop Front End and Lot Associates. The position also maintains coverage, communicates priorities, and provides first-level escalation for customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach associates toward GET behaviours and positive morale
- Maintain checkout coverage and acceptable customer lines
- Communicate goals and directions from store leadership
- Operate cash machines and train cashiers accordingly
- Provide first-level escalation for customer issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year leading people
- One to two years retail or cash experience an asset
- Customer focus and effective communication
- Leadership, cash handling, and problem-solving skills
