Deliver excellent customer service as a Food Services Associate, using food preparation, beverage service, and cashier support skills. Work Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 9:30pm.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will perform wide-ranging customer service tasks within Dexterra Group’s food services function. The position emphasizes attention to detail, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and support for cashier functions. FoodSafe or ServeSafe standards apply when preparing food, including recording time-temperature-sensitive items and equipment temperatures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and prepare food and beverage items
- Stock shelves and complete assigned location tasks
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the work area
- Support cashier functions in the store
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
Requirements:
- Foodservice experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude
- Cashier experience
- Barista experience is an asset
- Ability to follow required health and safety procedures
