We offer:$17.00 - $19.00 hourlyConsistent full time scheduleMonday & Tuesday: 7am-3pm / Wednesday: off/ Thursday 12pm-8pm/ Friday 12pm-8pm/ Saturday 8am-5pmSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work independently while interacting with customers daily

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers, drivers, and visitors in a professional manner




- Weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and accurately record information
- Process tickets, receipts, and related documentation
- Provide customer service in both English and French
- Enter and maintain accurate data and records
- Answer inquiries and direct customers as needed
- Support the smooth daily operation of the scale house

Qualifications

- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and administrative software
- Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with the public
- Reliable transportation is required (location is not accessible by public transit)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Clean Criminal Record Check required
