Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their specific needs
- Educate customers on products, strains, and safe usage
- Complete transactions and follow cash handling protocols




- Monitor inventory, conduct counts, and restock products
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and skilled store standards

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Minimum two years of retail or hospitality experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required provincial cannabis certification
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
