Diagnose and repair diesel trucks at Penske in Mississauga, using advanced diagnostic equipment and hands-on maintenance expertise. Work Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

As a Penske Technician I, you will service motor truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision. Your work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting engines, transmissions, differentials, braking systems, and other major components. You will use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, hydraulic hoists, and diagnostic instruments. OEM training supports technical development while you work with current equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance services on trucks and trailers
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, and overhaul equipment




- Road test vehicles when necessary for diagnosis
- Inspect brakes, steering, bearings, guards, and safety devices
- Replace major components, turbochargers, and fuel system parts

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of tractor trailer maintenance experience
- Provincial Red Seal or 310T license
- Class D or Class 3 license with air brakes
- Proficiency with diagnostic, welding, hand, and power tools
- Basic computer skills and regular attendance
