Cineplex seeks an hourly Player, Front of House to deliver an exceptional entertainment experience. You will operate facility gaming attractions, explain game operations, and help experienced or non-experienced gamers curate their visit. Customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate all major attractions throughout the facility
- Show guests game operations and encourage game participation
- Upsell games while creating a fun, playful workplace
- Keep games and stations clean, maintained, and operational
- Answer guest inquiries about pricing, promotions, and events

Requirements:

- Customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail when completing assigned tasks
- Required age of majority for licensed venues
- Applicable provincial alcohol selling and handling certificate
