U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative in Hamilton, Ontario, combining customer assistance with equipment inspection and U-Scan technology.

This part-time position makes you the face of U-Haul service at 2275 Barton St E. You will help customers with products and services, dispatch and return equipment, and receive on-the-job education. The work includes indoor and outdoor activity around moving equipment, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Answer questions and educate customers about products and services
- Participate in ongoing U-Haul University education

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors around equipment
