Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets, including SPH
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations
- Motivate teams and support employee onboarding
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising processes
Requirements:
- One year of retail sales experience preferred
- One to two years of sales or team management experience
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High school diploma considered an asset
