This full time seasonal position involves food and beverage service at Blue Mountain Resort. You will take guest orders, process payments, manage cash deposits, and deliver superior guest service. The position requires sales-focused upselling, accurate bill monitoring, and knowledge of food and wine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take guest orders for food and beverages
- Process orders through the POS system
- Prepare accurate cash out deposits
- Monitor guest bills to prevent walkouts and shortages
- Open and close dining rooms or off-site locations

Requirements:

- Hold a valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Bring at least one year of restaurant serving experience
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understand food, wine, and restaurant menus
