Maintain Luxstone Seniors Living’s building, grounds, and common areas using repair, facilities, and work-order skills. This is a casual, part-time position.
Sodexo seeks a Maintenance Worker for its 107-suite independent living community in Airdrie. You will assist the Maintenance Manager and Facilities team with building upkeep, minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Resident communication, accurate documentation, and safe work practices are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain common areas and mechanical rooms
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Complete and document work orders
- Assist with light housekeeping or environmental services
- Report hazards and incidents to the Maintenance Manager
Requirements:
- Previous facilities or related trade experience is an asset
- Trades ticket or certificate is an asset
- Basic computer skills support work orders and email
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is an asset
- Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
