Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer experiences that support sales goals
- Upsell accessories and promote current offers
- Complete piercing training and provide aftercare education
- Maintain organized displays and inventory
- Support deliveries, promotions, and visual merchandising

Requirements:

- Operate a Point of Sale system efficiently
- Demonstrate patience and empathy during piercings
- Communicate strongly verbally and in writing
- Stand during scheduled shifts and lift 11–35kg
- Show passion for fashion and current trends
