Apply your HVAC maintenance expertise as a Third Class Maintenance Engineer, supporting mechanical systems and equipment across campus facilities.

Reporting to the Manager, this position maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical devices, heating, aeration, air conditioning, and auxiliary systems. The work supports equipment lifespan through inspections, environmental control verification, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs. Applicants holding TSSA 4th Class Engineer certification are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect building service rooms and areas inside and outside
- Verify daily environmental control readings meet accepted standards
- Complete periodic and seasonal preventive maintenance tasks
- Change filters and belts, and perform greasing




- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and auxiliary systems

Requirements:

- Valid TSSA Third Class Operating Engineer license
- Experience operating and maintaining building systems
- Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical controls
- Knowledge of safety procedures and applicable legislation
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and manuals
