Reporting to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager, this part time position supports customers at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. You will assist buying decisions, maintain firearm regulation compliance, and apply knowledge of firearms, scopes, hunting, and outdoor activities. The role also supports store presentation and customer issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with firearm and merchandise buying decisions
- Recommend products after identifying and evaluating customer needs
- Maintain signage, facing, recovery, restocking, and remerchandising




- Promote Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s in-store programs
- Resolve customer issues using sound judgment and logic

Requirements:

- Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License required
- Ability to safely handle firearms and follow regulations
- One or more years’ sales or service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of firearms, scopes, hunting, or outdoor activities
