We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team

As the receptionist for our busy law office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their representation with our firm. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers

Qualifications

- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
