As a Keyholder, you will build customer relationships, explain products and consumption methods, and support store operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and team, maintain product knowledge, process transactions, and follow regulatory requirements. The position supports Value Buds’ social responsibility programs, policies, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their specific cannabis needs
- Educate customers on products, strains, and safe usage
- Process transactions and follow cash handling protocols
- Monitor inventory,



count stock, and replenish products
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and qualified store presentation

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Minimum two years of retail or hospitality experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required provincial cannabis certification
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
