Responsibilities

Tasks

- Greet customers, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Explain menu items and daily specials and recommend suitable food and beverage selections.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present bills and process payments through cash, credit cards, debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order and maintain adequate inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Provide courteous and productive customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
