As a Senior Principal Consultant with Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Support, you will advise healthcare organizations after implementation. The work combines ERP consulting, accounting and finance, business process optimization, and customer workshops. You will help customers improve their NetSuite investment through managed services and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advisory services across healthcare finance, procurement, and operations
- Identify improvement opportunities using ACS methodology
- Design requirements for configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations
- Configure NetSuite solutions for evolving customer requirements
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and user acceptance activities
Requirements:
- Six or more years in ERP consulting or finance systems
- Solid NetSuite functional consulting experience
- Healthcare industry experience across relevant organizations
- Strong accounting and finance background
- Two or more years of customer-facing consulting experience
