Outlier is seeking contributors to assess how naturally and accurately AI-generated media performs. You will evaluate voice conversations, rank visual outputs, and identify issues that affect realism or prompt adherence. Your feedback contributes to AI evaluation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rank AI voice exchanges for naturalness and clarity
- Judge images and videos against text prompts
- Replay and zoom into outputs when necessary
- Identify distorted anatomy, flickering, text, and audio errors
- Record short voice explanations for selected tasks

Requirements:

- Fluent English speaker with explicit writing
- Comfortable discussing realistic situations naturally
- Ability to make clear decisions between flawed options
- Patient, detail-oriented approach to close review
- Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have
