Support independent living in Saskatoon as a casual Direct Support Professional using mentoring and person-directed one-on-one support. This part-time, in office position serves adults experiencing disability.

At Karis Disability Services, you will support adults living independently in the community. The work includes assisting with daily living, coaching skills, advocating, and encouraging community engagement. You will collaborate with families, advocates, friends, and community partners while respecting self-determination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-directed one-on-one support to adults
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Mentor, advocate, coach, and encourage supported individuals




- Build relationships with families and community partners
- Promote full citizenship and community engagement

Requirements:

- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 or Novice 2 driver’s licence
- Access to reliable transportation
- Satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Three to six months’ volunteer or employment experience preferred
- Related post-secondary education preferred
