Support bakery production at Westview Co-op through baking, food preparation, and product merchandising in a part time role. Early mornings begin as early as 5:00 AM.

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Team Member produces, packages, and merchandises products. The work includes food preparation, baking, ordering, receiving, and food safety. You will provide professional, people-first service while following Westview Co-op policies, procedures, values, and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food with a focus on baking products
- Produce, package, and merchandise bakery products
- Order and receive products accurately
- Follow proper food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and brand image standards

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Availability for early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM
- Professional, people-first guest service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with others
