Grand River Personnel is recruiting Production Workers for a manufacturer’s busy printing department. You will move paper stock, supply printing presses, follow production schedules, and support production operators. The position requires dependable attendance, safety awareness, organization, and comfort working on your feet during 12-hour shifts. Manufacturing experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate an electric power walkie throughout each shift
- Stage materials for printing presses according to schedules
- Read production schedules and identify products accurately




- Operate the aerator using required PPE procedures
- Maintain organized areas and efficient product flow

Requirements:

- Availability for rotating continental day and night shifts
- Ability to walk 20,000 to 30,000 steps daily
- Capacity for standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Ability to work in loud environments with double hearing protection
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
