As an Apprentice Truck and Trailer Mechanic, you will maintain trucks, five-ton vehicles, vans, flat decks, and converter dollies. The work includes brake, emissions, electrical, lighting, chassis, suspension, body, flooring, and structural repairs. You will also complete required paperwork and support tasks beyond primary functions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete regular maintenance on trucks and trailers
- Replace brakes, hubs, seals, bearings, and related parts
- Troubleshoot emissions, electrical, and lighting systems
- Repair chassis, suspension, air systems, and structural components
- Complete paperwork and clean the personal work area

Requirements:

- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Bring at least two years of experience
- Provide your own hand tools
- Attend scheduled Friday-to-Sunday shifts regularly
- Work three 12-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:30
