This retail position represents American Eagle and Aerie while building brand loyalty with every guest. You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate shoppers about products, and introduce loyalty options. The role also requires flexibility, integrity, and proactive service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie products
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
- Flex between salesfloor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom
- Resolve guest concerns while following company policy

Requirements:

- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Love AE and Aerie products
- Be at least 16 years old
