Lead inclusive line dancing fitness experiences at Tamarack North Centre with YMCA Simcoe/Muskoka, using certified instruction and strong member service. Help participants stay active, learn skills, and have fun.

As a Fitness Leader and Line Dancing Instructor, you will plan, organize, and deliver fitness programs and services. You will maintain program records, provide quality instruction, and build relationships with members and participants. The role also supports safe, welcoming, and well-organized YMCA programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and deliver fitness programs and services
- Provide friendly instruction aligned with YMCA Standards
- Monitor member participation and maintain program quality




- Complete incident reports during emergencies or first aid situations
- Respond positively to member concerns and maintain protected areas

Requirements:

- Nationally recognized group fitness certification
- Standard First Aid and CPR C Certification
- Experience instructing fitness classes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and systems management skills
