Serve residents and guests at Cogir Senior Living while supporting dining room setup, table service, and cleanup during split shifts.

This Server position supports dining services within a retirement residence. You will contribute to welcoming mealtimes through courteous service, tray delivery, table preparation, and cleanup. The work also includes assisting catering, special occasions, and theme events while respecting residents’ rights and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Set and transparent dining tables and deliver tray service
- Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
- Assist catering and participate in special occasions
- Attend training, meetings, and Quality Improvement Program activities

Requirements:

- Previous food service or senior care experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Ability to stand and walk throughout most shifts
- Current VPS screening or willingness to obtain one
