Shape next-generation skates through materials innovation, testing, and data analysis within CCM’s Skates R&D; team.

This Product Developer leads skate projects from concept to production. The work spans product design, material development, performance validation, and manufacturing collaboration. You will define specifications, coordinate laboratories, and turn test results into product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research materials and constructions for skate components
- Develop concepts with the Advanced Concepts team
- Lead selected projects through the COMPASS process
- Coordinate mechanical and performance laboratory testing
- Support industrialization with manufacturing partners

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience developing hard goods or managing projects
- Knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes
- Materials testing or characterization experience is an asset
- Proficiency in three-dimensional computer-aided design is an asset
