Support the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, and other MLSE events through security operations, fan communication, and emergency assistance in Toronto.

As a Facility Security Officer with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership, you will deliver championship fan service across sporting and live events. Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries, documenting incidents, assisting during emergencies, and communicating professionally. The position requires licensed security experience and schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver friendly, informed responses to fan inquiries
- Communicate positively with fans and coworkers
- Evaluate and follow up on reported incidents
- Support emergency evacuations and injury responses
- Maintain adherence to MLSE policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Security experience in a related field
- Valid Bill C-159 Security License
- First-Aid and CPR training
- Current Smart Serve certification
- Availability for weekends, overnights, and holidays

Use security knowledge, fan service, and emergency response skills while supporting MLSE teams and entertainment venues.
