Six Senses Zil Pasyon is seeking a Commis to support daily kitchen operations in a luxury hotel setting in the Seychelles. You will produce items to standard, adhere to portion sizes, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety in accordance with hotel guidelines.
The role requires 1–3 years kitchen experience, English fluency, and legal right to work in Seychelles. Previous experience with broiler equipment and farm-to-table concepts is advantageous.
