Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct sales assistance to meet store KPI targets
- Model Under Armour service culture and customer expectations
- Communicate brand messages through the UA Service Model
- Maintain merchandise standards and floor sets

Requirements:

- Zero to three months sports, apparel, or footwear retail experience
- Versatile schedule availability for business needs
- Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move about for extended periods with short breaks
