Bring American Eagle and Aerie products to life in Niagara-on-the-Lake while using customer engagement and product knowledge. This is a part time retail position.

As a Senior Brand Ambassador, you represent American Eagle and create welcoming shopping experiences for every guest. You use the AEO Selling Model, educate shoppers about products, and build brand loyalty. The position supports salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom needs while following company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model
- Explain AE and Aerie product details
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
- Flex between salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom
- Resolve guest concerns while following company policy

Requirements:

- Enjoy interacting with people and helping guests
- Handle multiple tasks with energy
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Love AE and Aerie products
- Be at least 18 years old
