As a Senior Planning Partner, Content, you will manage end-to-end planning for launches affecting Community Support content. You will serve as the primary contact for Content Managers, writers, and strategists in assigned product spaces. The work connects content, product, engineering, marketing, legal, localization, and readiness partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own launch planning, schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
- Identify impacted content, owners, approvers, and localization requirements
- Lead launch meetings, status communications, and Mission Control coordination
- Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and track escalations




- Improve content planning processes and partner feedback mechanisms

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in strategic planning, program management, or business operations
- Experience leading cross-functional planning or portfolio management processes
- Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Asana, Jira, Airtable, and virtual collaboration tools
- Experience coordinating content, knowledge management, or product launches
