Within the Trench Safety Division, this full time advisor provides customer service, technical support, and installation guidance. You will assess needs, prepare quotes, solve problems, and coordinate designs with engineering and sales teams. The position also includes customer demonstrations, training, and follow-up quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite shoring installation, technical support, and training
- Educate customers through slide rail system demonstrations
- Coordinate designs with engineering and sales teams
- Inspect returned engineered systems and manage service workflow
- Communicate equipment damage and parts requisitions promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ Slide Rail Systems installation experience
- Minimum three to five years’ underground construction experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory abstract
- Deep knowledge of equipment, soil conditions, and safe capacities
- Ability to travel, stand, and lift approximately 50 pounds
