Support Walmart’s General Merchandise operations in Flin Flon through associate coordination, merchandising standards, and responsive customer service.

This General Merchandise Team Lead assists the Coach and Store Management Team with department processes. You coordinate coverage, availability tasks, customer service, and workload-based activities across assigned areas. You also help resolve customer issues, maintain presentation standards, and identify training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks across store areas
- Delegate, assist, and follow up on daily process completion
- Locate merchandise and promote products and services

Requirements:

- Be age 16 or older
- Ability to assist customers with merchandise and purchasing decisions
- Ability to coordinate associates and communicate department priorities
- Ability to develop associates through teaching and training
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
