Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a Second Miller for its Canadian-owned P&H; Milling division. You will transfer and blend flour, prepare outgoing orders, and support production quality in a food processing environment. The work includes inspections, maintenance support, cleaning, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and load flour tankers for customer shipments
- Transfer and blend flour to specified recipe requirements
- Coordinate outgoing orders with logistics and truck drivers
- Participate in heat treatment, cleaning, sifter, and sieve maintenance




- Complete inspections, work orders, monitoring, and cleaning duties

Requirements:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
- Food safety experience and knowledge considered an asset
- Ability to follow good manufacturing practices and company procedures
- Ability to complete required reports and work orders accurately
