This Asset Protection Operations Team Associate helps maintain store financial integrity, pricing integrity, inventory control, and profitability. The position coordinates merchandise flow to the sales floor while processing shipments, returns, recalls, and claims. It also supports cold chain compliance and shrink prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive warehouse trailers and process merchandise shipments
- Handle SORT and Global Donation Merchandise
- Maintain returns, recalls, vendor requests, and related paperwork
- Monitor claims returns and record shrink wins
- Review MU/MD, scanning, price override, and two-cent reports
Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older
- Process merchandise according to Company guidelines
- Keep knowledge current on damaged and recalled merchandise
- Implement and follow Recent Store Programs and systems
- Complete duties within required deadlines
