Operate winter road equipment for Miller Maintenance across Ontario, using snow removal expertise and a safety-focused approach. Respond to storm events within thirty minutes when called.

As a Snow Plow Operator, you will support Ministry of Transportation maintenance contracts throughout Ontario. You will operate combo plow units on local roads and highways, following contract requirements and direction from supervisors and patrollers. The work includes route familiarity, sand and salt application, and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate combo plow units during winter events
- Remove snow from local roads and highways
- Maintain fuel, safety, and hours-of-service documentation
- Clean equipment and complete routine maintenance tasks




- Perform minor repairs and additional maintenance duties

Requirements:

- Hold a DZ or AZ license with clean abstract and CVOR
- Respond to call-ins within thirty minutes
- Work extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Operate loaders and work in extreme weather conditions
- Understand route maps and sand or salt application rates
