Paladin Security is hiring Security Guards for varied assignments across Courtenay properties. The work combines mobile patrol routes and static duties while supporting site safety, client operations, and the local community. Strong reporting, customer service, and emergency response skills are central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot patrols protecting people, property, and equipment
- Identify and report hazards, breaches, and emergencies
- Contact emergency responders when required
- Write incident, daily activity, and emergency reports
- Log activities using mobile and computer applications
Requirements:
- Valid British Columbia Security License
- Class 5 or 7N driver’s license for mobile patrol
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Robust written and spoken English communication
- Ability to walk, stand, and de-escalate calmly
