Deliver compliance training and monitor controls for Walmart associates and managers in Saskatoon, supporting safety, education, and risk reduction. The facility is located at 1706 Preston Ave N.

As Compliance Lead, you will educate associates and managers on compliance programs while collaborating with facility leaders and subject matter experts. You will support execution across health and safety, environmental, consumer protection, anti-money laundering, food safety, privacy, employment, licensing, and anti-corruption requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver on-the-spot compliance training at all facility levels
- Deliver the compliance portion of current associate orientation
- Monitor controls and identify program execution gaps or trends




- Support regulatory submissions and resolution of orders or fines
- Manage accident investigations, modified offer letters, and follow-up

Requirements:

- Be 16 years or older
- Educate associates and managers on compliance programs
- Analyze data to identify trends and root causes
- Support creation and execution of risk-mitigation action plans
- Collaborate across Store Management and compliance subject areas
