Island Health is seeking a Site Manager for a Community Hospital to lead patient care delivery, operations, HR deployment and financial monitoring across multiple sites in Vancouver Island's health system. The role reports to the Site Director, Community Hospitals and requires travel between sites, with a fixed 08:30–16:30 shift and a regular full time schedule.
