As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage hiring from intake through signed offer. You will recruit across sales, operations, marketing, and engineering for Winnipeg and United States markets. The work combines applicant review, screening, interview coordination, sourcing, hiring events, and recruiting analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Review applications and move candidates through the funnel Run screening interviews and prepare trusted hiring manager shortlists Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate timelines Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals,



and outreach Maintain pipelines, ATS data, metrics, and regular updates

Requirements:
Five to eight years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience owning searches from intake through offer Experience hiring across sales, operations, and technical functions Applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter experience Solid written and verbal communication skills Apply full-cycle recruiting, direct sourcing, and organized communication to strengthen Taiv's hiring across Winnipeg and United States markets.
