As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand clients’ personal and business goals. You will recommend suitable products and solutions, including investment and credit options. This role also involves helping clients use mobile banking applications and connecting them with the right people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Apply cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection knowledge
- Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in valuable standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- One year experience working with clients and achieving sales results
- Critical thinking and goal-oriented decision-making skills
- Flexibility for banking centre hours and multiple locations
