As an Intern, Commercial/Residential Asset Management, you will support Fengate’s growing multi-residential portfolio. Your work will involve asset and portfolio performance analysis, operational and financial reporting, market research, and recommendations. You will also assist with budgets, reforecasts, ESG reporting, and due diligence for assets and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze asset, portfolio, financial, and market performance
- Review operational results, collections, capital expenditures, and valuations
- Assist with budgets, reforecasts, and investor presentations




- Research residential lease and sale transactions
- Support PropTech solutions and digital reporting tools

Requirements:

- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, or economics
- Solid interest in real estate and asset management
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines
