Build member relationships through deposit services, cross-selling, and accurate transactions at Lake View Credit Union’s Dawson Creek branch.

As a term part time Deposit Services Representative, you will support business development through product promotion and responsive service. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 3:00PM. The position requires organization, follow-up, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recognize member needs and promote available deposit services
- Provide recommendations by listening and asking open-ended questions
- Process automatic transfers, stop payments, and night deposits
- Keep filing current and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support positive internal and external service levels

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of customer service experience
- Business, finance, accounting, or equivalent post-secondary education
- Demonstrated sales, service, and business development aptitude
- Solid organization, time management, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions regarding member transactions

Use relationship building, sales and service focus, and transaction accuracy to support Dawson Creek members every weekday.
